We offer both month-to-month agreements as well as weekly agreement options under Ohio Revised Code Sections 5321.06 and 5321.17(A), giving residents the flexibility to choose the payment schedule that best fits their needs while enjoying a welcoming, professionally managed community.

A refundable damage deposit is required prior to move-in for all Carmody Commons units. Our Premium Floorplans require a $795 damage deposit, while our Standard Floorplans require an $695 damage deposit. Damage deposits are refundable after move-out, subject to a final inspection of the apartment and any applicable deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear or other charges permitted under your rental agreement.
