What is Riverrun Residences & RV Park?
Riverrun Residences & RV Park is a multi-faceted community spanning 10+ acres including 20+ RV Lots, 40+ park model homes we built from the ground up, and 10+ suites to support all types of long-term guests seeking flexibility and affordability. Riverrun is also a commerically licensed campground with the State of Ohio.
What damage deposit is required?
For our residences and suites, there is a $1,000 damage deposit required when you check-in to a unit. For our RV lots, there is a $100 damage deposit required at reservation to secure your spot. All our damage deposits are returnable at check-out following an inspection of the premises and any applicable reductions for damage caused during your stay.
How long can I stay on a weekly rate?
You're welcome to stay at Riverrun indefinitely, we utilize weekly agreements that rollover on a week-to-week basis and we have folks stay in our residences and at our RV lots for years. We do not offer monthly rates or monthly agreements. Riverrun is open year-round.
