What is Northgate Community?
Northgate Apartments is a welcoming apartment community offering spacious one- and two-bedroom residences designed for comfortable long-term living. We offer both month-to-month agreements as well as weekly agreement options under Ohio Revised Code Sections 5321.06 and 5321.17(A).
What damage deposit is required?
A refundable damage deposit is required prior to move-in for all Northgate Apartments residences. Our Premium Floorplans require a $1,000 damage deposit, while our Original Floorplans require an $895 damage deposit. Damage deposits are refundable after move-out, subject to a final inspection of the apartment and any applicable deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear or other charges permitted under your rental agreement.
How long can I stay on a weekly or monthly agreement?
Northgate Apartments offers both flexible weekly and traditional monthly rental options to fit your lifestyle. Whether you're looking for the convenience of a week-to-week agreement or the stability of a monthly lease, you can choose the option that works best for you. Many of our residents have called Northgate home for decades, making it an ideal choice for both long-term and extended-stay living. Northgate Apartments is open year-round.
