What damage deposit is required?
A refundable damage deposit is required prior to move-in for all Carmody Commons units. Our damage deposit special running at the moment is $200. Damage deposits are refundable after move-out, subject to a final inspection of the apartment and any applicable deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear or other charges permitted under your rental agreement.
